There was no electric water boiler in the room and i needed one since i was with my 1 year old son and we have to make milk for him, specially during the night, however the stuff were helpful and they asked me to call them anytime for boiled water. And after i call they will come within 5 minutes. But i think it will be much easier to have electric water boiler. Second point, drinking water, it was complementary in the first night only and after that you have to pay. I think the managment have to review this policy.
